Eric Latin

Eric Latin is a Partner and the Chief Investment Officer at Stratos Venture Partners, where he leads investment sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio oversight. He brings over 20 years of experience in venture capital, technology, and alternative investing.

Prior to SVP, Eric served as Chief Investment Officer at Naples Technology Ventures, where he invested in early-stage enterprise software companies and served as a board member or advisor to companies across fintech, insurtech, and horizontal solutions.

Earlier in his career, Eric built and led institutional investment businesses. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Equable Shares, an options-trading firm he helped build from inception and grow to more than $100 million in assets. He also helped create the alternative investment program at Attucks Asset Management, a $4 billion asset manager. Eric spent nearly a decade at HFR, where he ultimately led the investment team, managing more than $4 billion in hedge fund strategies for global banks, pension funds, and insurance companies.

Eric began his career at Infovisa, a fintech serving community banks and trust departments. He also co-founded Turfmetrics, a software company in the AgTech industry.
