The Stratos Opportunity Fund marks the next chapter in our evolution. We are targeting a $100M fund, building on the success of our prior three funds, and bringing sharper focus to the way we deploy capital. In each deal, we aim to take a meaningful allocation—often leading rounds—so that our capital and guidance have maximum impact.

Beyond capital, we bring deep expertise. Our network of seasoned advisors works directly with our portfolio companies, often taking board seats on our behalf. We align each advisor’s expertise with the needs of the company, ensuring our founders gain immediate access to industry-specific knowledge and guidance that drives execution.

Our mandate remains clear: we focus on FinTech, InsurTech, and RegTech companies at the Seed and Series A stage. We look for teams generating close to $1M in revenue, supported by referenceable clients and led by a solid, execution-ready management team. These are the companies ready to scale, and where our capital, involvement, and network can accelerate growth and market leadership.
